The Beyond the Stars Jackpot Show will return to the Garrett County Fairgrounds in McHenry, Maryland, on June 13–14, 2026, bringing together youth livestock exhibitors, families, and agricultural supporters from across the region for a weekend celebrating hard work, competition, and community.
The two-day event will feature beef, lamb, swine, and goat competitions, including showmanship classes and market animal divisions, with exhibitors traveling to Garrett County to compete and connect with others involved in agriculture and youth livestock programs.
But organizers say the event is about much more than ribbons and prizes.
The Beyond the Stars Jackpot Show was created to continue Kenzie’s legacy through a foundation dedicated to supporting student athletes and agricultural students and fair exhibitors by providing scholarships to help them begin their college journeys. Organizers say the mission of the event is to inspire others and lead with kindness…. just like Kenzie did.
“This show is about creating opportunities, supporting youth, and building a community that uplifts one another,” organizers shared. “We want exhibitors to feel encouraged, welcomed, and proud of the work they do.”
Judging duties will include Owen Seidenburger of Garden City, Texas, for beef and swine events and Tara Hummel of Illinois for lamb and goat competitions.
In addition to the livestock competitions, the event has drawn significant support from local businesses, farms, organizations, and families throughout Garrett County and the surrounding region. Sponsors have contributed awards, prizes, and support for exhibitors across multiple species divisions.
Registration and entry management are being handled online through Showman, with regular pricing entries due by June 1 and final online entries closing June 14 at midnight. All animals must remain on-site following registration and health checks until the conclusion of the show.
The event will take place at the Garrett County Fairgrounds, located at 270 Mosser Road in McHenry. Additional information, schedules, and online entry forms are available through the Beyond the Stars Jackpot Show page on Showman.
