Black Strap Rail Jam Series #1 — Wisp Resort. Details at www.wispresort.com. Located in Central Park this rail jam is open to both skiers and riders. This year’s competitions will be set and judged as a points series. Individuals have the opportunity to score up to ten points for each event. The overall points leader after the finals will be awarded the grand prize and deemed the Series Champion.

Business Before Hours – Economic Forecast 2020. Join Speaker Dr. Daraius Irani, Vice President of Strategic Parnerships and Applied Research at Towson University. Dr. Irani serves as chief economist for the Regional economic Studies Institute (RESI) at Towson, where he manages and serves as lead economist on over 250 research and analysis projects. The morning will begin with networking and breakfast at 8 AM and the Commissioner’s presentation from 8:30 to 9:30 AM.
