Vendor space is now available for the 6th Annual Anything Goes Flea Market, a fundraiser supporting the Civic Club of Oakland’s scholarship programs at Garrett College. The popular spring event will be held Saturday, April 25, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Downtown Oakland Mountain Fresh Pavilion, in conjunction with the weekly farmers’ market.

Space is limited, and interested vendors are encouraged to register early by contacting organizers at gfwc.oakland@yahoo.com. Vendor table fees range from $20 to $40, depending on location, and all vendors must complete the online application.

According to event organizer Suzanne Harle, the flea market has become a favorite “Welcome Spring” tradition in Garrett County. “Once the weather starts getting a bit warmer, people enjoy spending time outdoors, and our event is a great way to do that,” said Harle.

As in previous years, the flea market will feature farmers, crafters, artists, bakers, and individuals looking to clear out attics and garages.

The Civic Club will host its own flea and plant sale, along with a baked goods table. Coffee, hot chocolate, and water will be available for purchase. A 50/50 raffle will also be held, with the winner announced at the conclusion of the event.
